long waiting time excuses from staff

The hotel provides excellent services. The rooms are spacious and the sea view is pleasant.

I was very disappointed, particularly with the check-in. I had to wait a long time because the room wasn't available. Staff made excuses such as the name being wrong or only one person allowed for breakfast. It took considerable time before a manager addressed the issues and offered potential solutions.

The beds provided excellent rest. Housekeeping cleaned the room impeccably on a regular basis. The heated pool was also a significant plus. Breakfast included delicious food.

Really good Service and Beautiful Hotel

special memories rose petals great gesture

I stayed for five nights. the staff were really good. yasasi, the guest relations supervisor, helped me plan a surprise proposal. she decorated our room with rose petals and balloons and provided cakes. the room decoration and cakes were complimentary. I am very appreciative of the gesture.

breakfast was a pleasant experience and there were team members who made it exceed expectations, including Hsu, Judith and Sujan. the team members were courteous and respectful, greeting us daily. they promptly provided service to us throughout our stay.

the rooms provide more than enough space for couples or families. our room had a private balcony, provided direct access to the beach, and access to a kids club. this room type offers a sofa bed in addition to the king bed.

noisy room limited view

the staff was friendly, and the facilities aligned with expectations. it provided what i anticipated.

the room i received was not spacious, it created discomfort. i specifically requested a quiet room, the lady checking me in assured me it was a quiet room with partial sea view. it was noisy, the sound of the cars kept me up all night, and there was no view at all.
